ten thousand dollars, shall be issued by the Mayor
and Council of Brunswick, in Frederick county, Mary-
land, for the purpose of improving the streets and
alleys of said town."

Mr. Fuss, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill, File No. 581, entitled "Au Act to amend
Article 7 of the Code oi' Public Local Laws, titled
'Carroll County,' sub-title 'Fish,' by adding a new
section thereto to be known as 'Section 89 A.' "

engrossed for a third reading.
