House bill, File No. 589, entitled "An Act to add
two new sections to Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title 'Primary Elections,' to be called
'Sections 220 and 221,' and to repeal all local laws
applicable to and regulating primary elections in
Montgomery county."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be

engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Walbach, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably.

House bill. File No. 564, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the County Commissioners of Charles county to
levy a sura of money not exceeding $700 to build a
suitable school house for white children at Rock Point,
Fifth Election District of Charles county, Maryland,
title 'Charles County,' sub tiile 'Public Schools.' "

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Hall, from Baltimore city delegation, reported
favorably,

House bill, File No. 527, entitled "An Act to pro-
vide for a special election in Baltimore city for the
submission to the legal voters of said city of an
ordinance (the same to be so submitted at such time
and place as shall be fixed thereby pursuant to the
provision of section 7 of Article 11 of the Constitution
of Maryland) authorizing the insurance of stock by
the said corporation to an amount not exceeding six
million ($6,000,000) dollars, for the purpose of sup-
plying additional means for defraying the expense
and cost of carrying into execution the plan of im-
provements adopted or to be adopted under the terms
of the Act to create a commission on the burnt dis-
trict of Baltimore city, and for other purposes, passed
at the January Session of the General Assembly of
Maryland, in the year 1904."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Hall, from Select .Committee reported unfavor-
