the granting of license for the saleof spirituous liquors
in Baltimore county,' as amended by chapter 436 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January session, 1896, and to repeal said last
mentioned Act."

ing Company,' by providing that all operations carried
on by it within the limits of Baltimore city, shall be
done under the supervision of the Mayor and City
Council thereof."
