Chapter 65. "An Act to repeal and re-enact section
16 of chapter 78 of Acts of General Assembly of 1898,
entitled 'An Act to incorporate the town of Kensing
ton, in Montgomery county.' "

Chapter 66. "An Act to create an additional election
district, to be known as 'District 27,' in Allegany
county, Maryland."

Chapter 67. "An Act to refund to Montgomery
County Telephone Company, Gaithersburg, Maryland,
a certain amount of county tax, paid in error."

Chapter 68. "An Act to provide for the deficiency
in the payment of Census Enumerators, under chapter
3 of the Acts of the General Assembly, at the extra-
ordinary session of 1901."

Chapter 69. "An Act to amend the charter and grant
additional powers to the Woman's College of Balti-
more, a corporation incorporated under the General
Laws of Maryland, as amended by an Act of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
session in the year 1890, chapter 325."
