Senate bill, File No. 223, entitled "An Act to create
the office of Treasurer of Montgomery county, and to
provide for the collection of taxes therein."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Montgomery delegation.
Also,

Senate bill, File No. 28, entitled "An Act to author-
ize and direct the Comptroller of the State Treasury
and the County Commissioners of Baltimore" county,
respectively, to refund to George Brehm and Henry
A. Brehm, co-partners, trading as George Brehm and
Son, money paid by them for liquor license granted to
Amon Dorsey, for the years 1903. 1904, which license
was never taken from the Clerk's office of the Circuit
Court of said county."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
Also,

Senate bill, File No. 182, entitled "An Act to re-
peal and re-enact with amendments, section 1 of chap-
ter 175 of the Acts of 188, providing for the keeping
and guarding of the public buildings and grounds in
the city of Annapolis, and the movable property of
the State."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
Also, .

Senate bill, File No. 143, entitled "An Act to refund
Joseph Muir a sum of money paid by him to the
Comptroller of the Treasury of the State, and covered
into the Treasury of the State for license to dredge for
oysters with the schooner, 'Irene,' which schooner was
wrecked prior to its use under said license."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
