House bill, File No. 303, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 4 of chapter 148 of the Acrs of the General
Assembly, passed at January session, 1900, and to re-
enact the same with amendments so as to read as fol-
lows :

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also,

House bill, File No. 282, entitled "An Act to amend
Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title

'Caroline County,' sub-title 'Almshouse.' by adding
two new sections thereto, to come in after section 26 C,
and to be numbered 'sections 26 D and 26 E,' said new
sections authorizing the trustees of poor of Caroline
county to borrow a sum of money to erect, furnish and
heat suitable buildings on the Almshouse farm in said
county for the accommodation of the inmates of said
Almshouse, and providing for the payment of said
loan."

Endorsed : "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also,

House bill, File No. 232, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize tha Board of County School Commissioners of

Caroline county to organize a high school to be located
in the town of Federalsburg, in said county, and to
appropriate certain moneys in the maintenance
thereof."

Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and navs."
Also,

Senate bill, File No. 194, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 35 and 56 inclusive of Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Washington
County,' sub-title 'Boonsborough,' and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and to add additional sections
thereto, in amending and revising the charter of
Boonsborough."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Washington delegation.
