ballot whether bonds not to exceed the sum of $175,-
000, shall be issued by the Commissioners of said
county for the purpose of building and furnishing a
new court house and jail a.t the county seat. Oakland,

hibit the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer or intoxicating drinks of any kind at any
place in Frederick county, within two miles of the
public school house in Urbana district of said county
known as Sugar Land or Mountain School House
otherwise known as school No. 6 in election district
No. 7 of said county, and also to prohibit the giving
away or distributing of such spirituous or fermented
liquors or lager beer or intoxicating drinks of any
kind at or near the place of business of any person
within the limits aforesaid."

the Mayor and Council of Rockville to issue bonds to
an amount not exceeding five thousand dollars to pay
an indebtedness incurred by the Mayor and Council

system, and for the purpose of restoring and equiping
its electric light plant."
