to require the clerk of the County Commissioners to
mail or deliver commissions to the Supervisors of
Roads.

House bill, File No. 450, entitled "An Act to regu-
late the erection, construction and maintenance of
private and public buildings in the Twelfth and Four-
teenth Election Districts of Baltimore county, and to
authorize and empower the County Commissioners of
said county to adopt rules and regulations in reference
thereto, and to provide for the appointment and com-
pensation by fees of Inspectors of Buildings for said
district, and require that the erection and construction
of all buildings in said districts shall be under their
supervision and subject to the regulations of said
County Commissioners, and further to provide for the
construction of fire-escapes for school houses through-
out Baltimore county."
