AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

After words "officers of registration," on line 26 of
printed bill, insert the following:

"Who shall be selected from each of the two lead-
ing political parties of the State, so that such parties
shall be equally represented at all times on the Board
of Registration Officers, and no voter shall be disqual-
ified except by the vote of a majority of said registra-
tion officers."
