Sec. 13. After the Stock Subscription Book is turn-
ed over the Commissioners to the Board of Directors
of this Company, said Board of Directors or their au-
thorized agent may receive subscription for stock to
be paid in cost or in real and personal estate.

Sec. 14. And be it enacted that this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
