Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Baltimore County,'
sub-title 'Gas Companies,' by adding an additional
section thereto, prohibiting the County Commissioners
of Baltimore county from granting franchises or rights
in relation to the public highways of said county to
any person or corporation engaged in the manufacture,
sale or distribution of gas to follow section 116 and to
be known as 'Section 116 A of said Article.' "
