Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Worcester County,'
sub-title 'Bishopville."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Worcester delegation.

REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.

Mr. Goslin, from Committee on Ways and Means,
reported favorably,

House bill, File No. 481, entitled "An Act to refund
to Robert H. Simpson. executor of the estate of An-
thony J. Kelly, deceased, fifteen dollars, being a sum
of money erroneously paid as collateral inheritance
tax by him to Stephen R. Mason, Register of Wills of
Baltimore city on the estate of Anthony J. Kelly, de-
ceased, on which no collateral inheritance tax was due
and which sum of money was covered into the Treasury
by said Register of Wills."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Goslin, from the Committee on Ways and Means,
reported favorably, with proposed amendments,

House bill, File No, 172, entitled "An Act to ap-
propriate a sum of money for work already performed
in indexing the proceedings and inventories of estates
in the Prerogative Court of the Province of Maryland,
and for completing indexes to all of the proceedings
of said Prerogative Court."

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

for work performed by the Register of Wills of Anne
Arundel county in indexing the proceedings and in-
