A bill entitled "An Act. to empower the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to make appropriations for
certain purposes out of any unappropriated balance of
the sum of four million, four hundred and twenty-two
thousand, four hundred and sixty dollars and seventy-
four cents ($4,422,460.74,) formerly part of the pur-
chase price paid by the Fuller Syndicate for the in-
terests of the city of Baltimore in the Western Mary-
land Railroad Company, and heretofore passed to the
credit of the general sinking fund of said city, and
the interest accumulated or to accumulate thereon."
Which was rend the first time and referred to the
Baltimore city delegation.

A bill entitled "An Act to enable the qualified
voters of Harford county outside the city of Harve-
de Grace to determine by ballot whether fermented
liquors may be sold within the above said limits of
said county.

A bill entitled "An Act to empower the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to issue the stock of said
corporation, to an amount not exceeding six million
dollars ($6,000,000) for the purpose of supplying addi-
tional means for defraying the expenses and costs of
carrying into execution the plan of improvements,
adopted or to be adopted, under the terms of the Act
to create the commission for Baltimore city, known
as the 'Burnt District Commission,' passed at the
January session of the General Assembly of Maryland,
in the year 1904."
