to introduce a bill entitled "An Act granting and de-
claring the sanction of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to the devise and bequest made by and contained
in the last will and testament of Thomas S. Beaumont,
late of Harford county, deceased, to the ministers and
trustees of the Union Chapel Methodist Protestant
Church, in Harford county, in the State of Maryland."
On mention of Mr. Faega,
Leave was granted to the Allegany delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for a
general index of the Equity Records of Allegany
county, from the year 1816 to July 1st, 1904."

Ordered, That the postmaster of the House of Dele-
gates, be and is hereby directed to furnish to each
delegate the usual amount of stamps, to-wit: Twenty-
five dollars, and direct the same amount to be allowed
to the chief clerk, journal clerk, reading clerk, chief
engrossing clerk, and the sergeant at arms, and that
the chief clerk hand this order to the postmaster.
