sons so employed, to provide their own machines, and
also a suitable place be provided for them.

Mr. Gill submitted the following :
Whereas, Under Article 78, Code Public Laws, the
State Printers have been requested to print a certain
number of bills, which numbers have been found to be
inadequate to the wants of the former Legislature, and
whereas, the increase in the number of Members of the
present House, will tend largely to increase this defi-
ciency, it is ordered, that Wm. J. C. Dulany Co., State
Printers, be authorized and directed to print 100 addi-
tional copies of all bills they are now required, and
print under the present contract, the same to be paid
for at the rate provided for in Article 78, and the
amount to be taken out of the appropriation for State
Printing for the Session of 1904.
Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Printing.
LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Williams,
Leave was granted to the Talbot delegation to intro-
duce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 114 and
115, of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Talbot County,' sub-title 'Fish,' as amended by
chapter 183, of the Acts of 1902, of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, and re-enact the same with
amendments.' "
On motion of Mr. Hitchcock,
Leave was granted the Baltimore and Harford county
delegations to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to re-
peal and re-enact section 3 of chapter 175, of the Acts
of 1896, entitled 'An Act to amend and extend the
charter of the Mutual Fire Insurance Company, in
Baltimore county.' "
