WEDNESDAY, March 9th, 1904

The House met at 12 o'clock, m., and was opened
with prayer by the Rev. Mr. Marzecki.

Present at the call of the roll, the following mem-

The Journal of the 8th instant was read and ap-
proved.

PETITIONS MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.

Mr. Butler presented petition of E. A. Roberts and
200 others, protesting against the passage of the
Human Oyster Bill.

Which was referred to the Committee on Chesa-
peake Bay and Tributaries.
