ably,

House bill, File No. 384, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, sections 193, 194, 197,
202 and 207 of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled 'Prince George's County,' sub-title
'Laurel,' to add additional sections thereto, and to
extend the term of the Mayor and City Council of
Laurel."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr, Smoot, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably.

House bill, File No. 362, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, section 195 of Article
9, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
'Charles County,' sub-title 'Spirituous and Fermented
Liquors,' relating to the sale of spirituous and fer-
mented liquors in Charles county, as the said section
was enacted by chapter 623 of the Acts of 1902."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Charles, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill, File No. 379, entitled "An Act to au-
thorize and direct, the School Commissioners of Wash-
ington county to appropriate a sum of money for the
purchase of a site and the erection of a school house
for whice children, near Weverton in said county."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

porate The Washington County Hospital Association.
