528, and to re-enact the same with amendments, and
to add additional sections to said Article 16, to be
designated as 'Sections 134 A, 134 B, 184 C, 134 D
and 134 E, and to repeal all Acts and parts of Acts in-
consistent herewith.

Section 1. " Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sections 133 and 134 of Article 16
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Montgomery
County," sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks,"
be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, and that new sections be added to
said Article 16, to be designated 'Sections 184 A, 134
B, 134 C, 134 D and 134 E," so that said sections 138
134, 184 A, 134 B, 134 C, 134 D and 134 E shall read
as follows:

"Sec. 133. That it shall not be lawful for any person
or persons, or any house, company or association, or
body corporate to sell, directly or indirectly, or to
solicit or receive orders for the purchase of within the
limits of Montgomery county, any spirituous or fer-
mented liquors or intoxicating drinks of any kind
whatsoever, or any article used and sold as a beverage,
in the composition of which whiskey, brandy, high
wines or alcohol or any spirituous or fermented li-
qums shall be un ingredient or ingredients.

"Sec. 134. That no person, persons, house, company,
association or body corporate shall deposit, keep or
have in his, her, their or its possession any spirituous
or fermented liquors or intoxicating drinks of any kind
whatsoever, or any article used and sold as a beverage
in the composition of which whiskey, brandy, or wines
or alcoholic, spirituous or fermented liquors shall
be an ingredient or ingredients, with intent, to barter
or sell in vioalation of the preceding section thereof,
or with the intent that the same shall be bartered or
sold in violation thereof within the limits of said
county, or to aid or assist any person, persons, house,
company, association or body corporate, in such bar-
ter or sale.

Sec. 134 A. That if any person or persons, house,
company, association or body corporate shall violate
any of the provisions of sections one hundred and
