Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session
of 1902, and to enact the following sections in lien
thereof, the whole to provide for a new road system!
in Baltimore county and the placing of the public
highways, sewers and drains of said county and all
matters in connection therewith under the care and
control of the County Commissioners of said county
sitting as a Highway Commission, with power and.
authority to adopt and carry out such rules and regu-
lations in connection therewith as they may consider
necessary, and to be known as 'Sections 188, 189, 190,
191, 192, 193, 194. 195, 196. 197, 198, 199, 200, 201,
202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210 and 211 of
said Article.' "

Public Local Laws, title 'Montgomety County,' sub-
title 'Taxes,' enacted by chapter 102 of the Acts of

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 796 of Ar-
ticle 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title 'City of Baltimore,' sub-title 'Street Railway
Fares,' as repealed and re-enacted by the Act of 1898
chapter 123, and further repealed and re-enacted by
the Act of 1900, chapter 123, and to re-enact the said
section 796 with amendments."
