LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Andrew,
Leave was granted to the Harford delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for
building an addition to the Court House at Bel Air,
in Harford county."
On motion of Mr. Murphy, of Baltimore city (by
request),
Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum
of money to refund to John Heinzerling and William
J. Wickham, trading in the firm name of Heinzerling
& Company, ninety-eight dollars and ten cents ($98.10)
license fees paid in error by them in the years 1901,
1902 and 1908."
On motion of Mr. Moore,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judic-
iary to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to amend
Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Public Education,' by adding three sections under
the sub-title 'School Attendance,' to follow section
138, and to be numbered as 'Sections 139, 140 and 141,
respectively.' "
On motion of Mr. Norris,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "Au Act to repeal and re-
enact section 763 of chapter 123 of Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1898, title 'City of Balti-
more' sub-title 'Police Commissioners,' as repealed
and re-enacted by chapter 421 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of nineteen hundred."
On motion of Mr. Grant,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact section seven hundred and sixty-three of chapter
one hundred and twenty-three of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of eighteen hundred and
ninety-eight as amended by the Act of nineteen hund-
red, chapter 421, title 'City of Baltimore' sub-title
"Police Commissioners.' "
