Ordered, That the hinges of the doors entering the

House of Delegates be greased, to prevent screeching.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.
By Mr. Fitzsimmons.

A bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws of the
State of Maryland, titie 'Baltimore County,' sub-title
'County Commissioners,' regulating the imposition of
taxes in Baltimore county, said section to be known
as 'Section 33 B.' "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore city delegation.

By Mr. Kain,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 5 of chap-
ter 6 of the Act of the General Assembly passed at
the January Session, 1894, entitled 'An Act to repeal
chapter 423, laws of 1892, entitled 'An Act to repeal
the sale and the granting of license for the sale of
spirituous and fermented liquors in Carroll county,
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to re-
enact the same with amendments."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Temperance.
By Mr. Goslin,

A bill entitled "An Act providing means for the set-
tlement of disputes between employer and employees
by mediation, or voluntary arbitration, and the inves-
tigation of the causes of such disputes."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 2 of chap-
ter 736 of the Acts passed at the January session of
Maryland, 1900, entitled an act to authorize and em-
power any person or firm who may have procured a
