PETITIONS MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.

Mr. Dodson presented petition of Thomas M.
Cooper and 37 other citizens of Talbot county, pro-
testing against the enactment of the "Haman Oyster
Bill."

Which was referred to the Committee on Chesa-
peake Bay and Tributaries.

Mr. Buckler presented petition of Wm. I. Burroughs
and 23 other citizens of St. Mary's'county, asking that
such laws be enacted as will give magistrates concur-
rent jurisdiction with Courts.

Which was referred to the Judiciary Committee.

Mr. Willey presented petition signed by J. E. Wil-
son and 41 other citizens of Caroline county, in sup
port of Mr. Collin's Vagrancy Bill.

Which was referred to the Judiciary Committee.
