316, of the Acts of 1900, entitled 'An Act to define the
powers and authority of juvenile institutions and so-
cieties."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.

Senate bill, File No. 57, entitled "An Act to incor-
porate the Fidelity Trust Company."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
Also,

Senate bill. File No. 13, entitled "An Act to require
all railroad companies and corporations, and all per-
sons running or operating cars or coaches by steam on
any railroad line or track in the counties of Somerset,
Wicomico, Dorchester, Talbot, Caroline, Worcester,
Queen Anne's and Kent, in the State of Maryland, for
the transportation of passengers, to provide separate
cars or coaches for white and colored passengers, with-
out any difference or discrimination in the quality of,
or convenience or accommodation in such cars and
coaches."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.

Also,

Senate bill, File No. 127, entitled "An Act to pro-
vide for the building of a Court House in Somerset
county, and to authorize and empower and direct the
County Commissioners of Somerset county to borrow
money on the credit of the county, for the purpose of
building the same, and constructing therein the neces-
sary vaults for the preservation of the records and
Court papers of the Orphans' Court and Circuit Court,
the County Commissioners and the Board of School
Commissioners, and to issue bonds for the payment of
the same, and to levy taxes on the assessable property
of said county to redeem such bonds and to pay the
interest thereon."
