Mr. Hall, from Baltimore city delegation, reported
favorably, with amendment,

House bill, File No. 194, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 771, Article 4, of the Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title 'Baltimore City,' sub-title 'Miscellan
eons Laws,' sub division 'Police Commissioners."

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In line 8, section 1, strike out the words "one to be
known as Chief Physician."
Which was adopted.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Also unfavorably,

House bill, File No. 265, entitled "Au Act to re-
peal and re-enact with amendments section 42 of Ar-
ticle 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'City of
Baltimore,' sub title 'City Collector,' as re-enacted by
chapter 123 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1898."

Unfavorable report adopted.
Also favorably with amendments.

House bill, File No. 141 entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments chapter 525 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, session 1900
to repeal section 745 of Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title 'City of Baltimore,'
sub-title 'Police Commissioners,' as said section was
enacted by said chapter 425 of the Acts of General
Assembly of Maryland, 1900, and to re-enact the same
with amendments."
