ington County Hospital Association.' "

Washington delegation.

A bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum of
money for the maintenance of The Washington Coun-
ty Hospital Association."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
By Mr. Downs,

A bill entitled "An Act requiring the Baltimore &
Annapolis Short Line Railroad Company to keep flag-
men stationed during certain hours at the crossings of
said railroad over certain public roads in Anne Arun-
del county."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
By Mr Bennett,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 186 of
Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
Wicomico County,' sub-title 'State's Attorney,' and
to add a new section to said Article 23 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title 'County Commissioners,'
giving the County Commissioners power to appoint its
counsel and to regulate his fees, said section to follow
section 17, and to be designated as 'Section 17 A.' "

Wicomico delegation.

By Mr. Green,

A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Baltimore county, to erect and build
a bridge over the head waters of Back river, in the
Fifteenth Election District of Baltimore county, to
connect a road to be hereafter opened, running from a
point on the Eastern Avenue road at its intersection
with Gilmore's lane, to a point on the old Philadel-
phia road at its intersection with Stansbury lane."
