amendments section 195 of Article 9, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Charles County,'
sub-title 'Spirituous and Fermented Liquors,' relating
to the sale of spirituoiis and fermented liquors in
Charles county, as the said section was enacted by
chapter 623 of the Acts of 1902.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Charles delegation and Mr. Hill.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 840 of Article 4, entitled 'City of
Baltimore,' of the Code of Public Local La .vs of Mary-
land, as repealed and re-enacted with amendments by
chapter 453 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1902."
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore city delegation.

RESOLUTIONS.
Preamble and resolutions adopted this day by the
trade organizations and business men of Baltimore, in
behalf of the Wabash Railroad:
Whereas, the representatives of the Wabash Rail-
road System, at the time of the purchase of the West-
ern Maryland Railroad, agreed to provide the West-
ern Maryland Railroad at Baltimore, with adequate
tidewater terminal facilities, and also to connect the
Western Maryland Railroad with the West Virginia
Central, by the building of an extension from Cherry
Run to Cumberland; and
Whereas, the said railroad system has been en-
deavoring to carry out the terms of said agreement
and to complete said tidewater terminals and said con-
