TUESDAY, March 1st, 1904

The House met at 12 o'clock, m., and was opened
with prayer by the Rev. Mr. Orrick.

Present at the call of the roll, the following mem-
bers :

The Journal of February 29th, 1904, was read and
approved.

PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.

Mr. Harrison, presented petition of residents of
Brunswick in Frederick county, asking for an appro-
priation for the Emergency Hospital in that town.

Which was referred to the Committee on Ways and
Means.

Mr. Dawkins, presented petition of Calverton Im-
provement Association against the repeal of Foutz
law.

Which was referred to Baltimore city delegation.
