Ordered, That Mr. Smith be excused from tonight's
session on account of important business.

Ordered" That Mr. Harrison be excused from to-
night's session on account, of sickness.
On motion of Mr. Bingham, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Tennant be excused from this
evening's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Kirk, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Fryer be excused from to-night's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Hearn, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Messick be excused from to-
