NIGHT SESSION.

MONDAY, February 29, 1904.

The House met at 8 o'clock p. m., and was opened
with prayer by the Rev. Mr. Orrick.

Present at the call of the roll the following mem-
bers :

Messrs. Speaker, Buckler, Wilkinson, Atkinson,
Gibbs, Atwell, Downs, Duvall, Lowman, Bond, Sim-
mons, Smoot, Walbach, Benson, Cockey, Stevenson,
Collins, Jackson, Milbourne, Miles, Hopkins, Win-
gate, Keys, Kirk, Hill, Ray, Tighe, Walls, Wilson,
Carey, Dennis, Kirbin, Crawford, Harry, Hiteshew
Andrew, Carroll, McComas, Goslin, Willey, Bosse,
Lipman, Norris, Hall, Murphy, of Baltimore city;
Orem, Roth, Bouchet, Dawkins, Durham, Grant,
Linthicum, Moore, Bald, Godwin, Henkel, Lock, Mil-
ler, Pairo, Baker, Bingham, Charles, Mitchell, Amiss,
Johnston, Lansdale, Williams, Drumm, Feaga, Loar,

The Journal of February 26th, 1904, was read and
approved.

PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.

Mr. Ray, presented petition of Wm. E. Richardson,
Jackson H. Ralston and eleven other residents of
Hyattsville, Prince George's county, requesting an
amendment to the bill introduced in the House of
Delegates, providing for the bonding of the town to
establish a sewerage system of the issue of bonds may
be voted upon by the people.

Which was read and referred to the Prince George's
delegation.
