thorize the Speaker to extend to said committee the
use of the House of Delegates for the purpose and at
the time mentioned; and we have further directed the
Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates to notify the
Mayor of Baltimore and request his attendance at the
meeting of the Select Committee, and further, we have
requested the Press to give the utmost publicity to
this meeting, so that all citizens interested in the pro-
posed legislation for the benefit of the city shall have
au opportunity to be present, especially those citizens
in the annex who desire to be heard with regard to the
repeal of what is known as the "Foutz law."

Baltimore county delegation.

Senate bill, File No. 76, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 175 A, 175 B, 175 C, 175 D, etc., of Article 1,
of Code of Public Local Laws, of State of Maryland,
title 'Allegany County,' under sub-title 'Intoxicating
Liquors, etc.' "
Which was read the first time and referred to the
Allegany delegation.
Also,
Senate bill, File No. 122, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 46 as amended
by the Acts of 1902, chapter 57, 48 and 49 of Articles
