REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.

Mr. Goslin, from Committee on Ways and Means,
reported,

House bill, File No. 208, with the recommendation
that it be referred to the judiciary Committee, -en-
titled "An Act to repeal chapter 597 of the Acts of
1900, being an Act to add a new section to Article 1
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Allegany
County,' under the sub-title 'Taxes,' to follow section
230 of said Article, and to be -numbered section 230
A."

Upon recommendation referred to the Committee on
Judiciary.

Also favorably,

House b'ill, File No. 232, entitled "An Act to au-
thorize the Board of County School Commissioners of
Caroline county, to organize a High School, to be
located in the Town of Federalsburg, in said county,
and to appropriate certain monies in the maintenance
thereof.''

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Also favorably,

House bill, File No. 125, entitled "An Act to appro-
priate a sum of money to defray the expenses of the
interment of the bodies of deceased soldiers, sailors
and marines who served in the United or Confederate
States Army or Navy between the years 1861-1865."
