A bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Ar-
ticle 1 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
'Allegany County,' sub-title 'Register of Wills,' to be
known as 'Section 210 A,' to provide for limiting the
compensation of the Register of Wills."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Allegany delegation.
By Mr. Williams,

A bill entitled "An Act to create a new election dis-
trict in Montgomery county, Maryland, at Boyds, said
county and State; to be known as 'Election District
No. 14.'"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Montgomery delegation.
By Mr. Linthicum,

A bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claim of the Cushing Company of
Baltimore city for stationery furnished the Executive
department, the Court of Appeals and the Maryland
State Library, from July 19, 1903; and for the General
Assembly of Maryland for 1904."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
Also,

A bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum of
money for the acquisition of land therefor and the
construction thereon of a Library building for the
Library of the Medical and Chirugical Faculty of
Maryland."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.

Also,

A bill entitled "An Act to amend the Act of 1896,
chapter 173, entitled 'An Act to change the name of
the Brooklyn Water & Light Co., of Anne Arundel
county, and to amend, define and enlarge the powers
of said corporation,' by repealing and re-enacting with
amendments section 6 thereof."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
