A bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay James E. Wilkinson, of Baltimore city,
for stenographic and typewriting work and kindred
services rendered and furnished by him to the Select
and Special Committee appointed by the House of
Delegates of the General Assembly of 1902, at its
January Session, to investigate and report to the
Governor the condition of the Maryland State Normal
School, located at Baltimore, with recommendations
for the improvement of the same.
Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
By Mr. Goslin,
A bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 6 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Caroline County,''
sub-title 'Almshouse,' by adding two new sections
thereto, to come in after section 26 C, and to be num-
bered 'sections 26 D and 26 E,' said new sections au-
thorizing the trustees of poor of Caroline county to
borrow a sain of money to erect, furnish, and heat
suitable buildings on the Almshouse farm in said
county for the accommodation of the inmates of said
Almshouse, and providing for the payment of said
loan."
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Caroline delegation and Mr. Butler.

A bill entitled "An Act to add five new sections to
Article lo of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
Kent County,' sub-title 'Chestertown,' to follow sec-
tion 59 B, to be designated as 'Sections 59 C, 59 D,
59 E, 59 F and 59 G.'"
Which was read the first time and referred to the
Kent delegation and Mr. Buckler.

A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Talbot
County Commissioners to erect a bridge across Town,
creek, at Oxford Talbot county."
