A bill entitled "Au Act placing as a contingent fund
at the disposal of the Governor, (as contemplated in
section 32, Article 3 of the Constitution of Maryland)

for the relief of cases of destitution and need caused
by the fire in Baltimore of February 7th and 8th,
1904."
