sanatarium or other like place in three respective
counties and to prescribe rules and fix charges for such
permits."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Hygiene.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 1, 8 and
9 of chapter 160 of the Acts of 1902, entitled 'An Act
to create and establish the State Board of Undertakers
of Maryland, and to prescribe the powers and duties
of the said board, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.' "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committe on Hygiene.

By Mr. Wells (by request),

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 85 L of Article 23 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Corpora-
tions,' sub-title 'General Regulations,' as enacted by
section 1, sub-division 85 L of chapter 109 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
January Session, 1892."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
