shall have the same engrossed and returned to the
Members presenting the same.

Mr. Fuss, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill, File No. 237, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 142 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title 'Carroll County,' sub-title 'State's Attorney'
as re-enacted and amended by chapter 896 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its
January Session in the year 1900, and to re-enact the
same with amendments, fixing a salary for the State's
Attorney."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill, File No. 95, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments chapter 186 of the Acts
of 1900, entitled 'An Act to fix limit and determine the
term of office of the County Commissioners of Queen
