A bill entitled "An Act to make valid and binding
certain interest-bearing certificates of indebtedness
heretofore issued by the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel county, and to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Anne Arundel County,' sub-title 'County Com-
missioners,' to be designated 'Section 124 A ' author-
izing the issue by the County Commissioners of Anne
Arundel county of interest-bearing certificates."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Anne Arundel delegation.

By Mr. Butler,

A bill entitled "An Act to add three new sections to
Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Queen Anne's County,' sub-title 'Roads,' to follow
section 230, to be designated as 'Sections 230 A, 230 B
and 230 C.' "

Queen Anne's delegation.

By Mr. Bosse,

A bill entitled "An Act to prohibit pools, trusts,
monopolies and conspiracies to control business and
prices of articles; to prevent the formation or opera-
tion of pools, trusts, monopolies and combinations of
charters of corporations that violate the terms of this
Act, and authorize the institution of prosecutions and
suits therefor."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
