The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following messages :

Senate bill. File No. 82, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, section 2 and section
12 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1902, chapter 357, entitled 'An Act to incorporate
the Kent and Cecil Light, Power and Railway Com-
pany.' "

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

Also,

Senate bill, File No. 34, entitled "An Act to prohibit
the laying of railway tracks upon Evergreen Terrace,
between Fulton avenue and Orem lane or avenue, in
the city of Baltimore, without the consent of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland."

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Baltimore city Delegation.
Also,

Senate bill, File No. 85, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 98, of Article 5, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title 'Calvert County,' sub-title 'Liquor and In-
toxicating Drinks,' and re-enact the same so as to read
as follows."

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Calvert county Delegation and Mr. Amiss.

Senate bill, File No. 64, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 2, B, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, of chapter 386 of the
