ize and empower the Commission heretofore appointed
by the Governor by authority of chapter 181 of the
Acts of 1902, to continue the duties as defined by the
said Act, and to taake available for the use of the said
Commission the unexpended balance appropriated by
the said Act of 1902."

JOINT RESOLUTIONS.

Joint Resolution requesting the Senators in Congress
from the State of Maryland to use all proper endeavors

more city.

In line 14, strike out the words "Chief Clerk" and
insert in lieu thereof the word "Governor."
