amendments, section 4, Article 81, Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title 'Revenue and Taxes,'
sub-title 'Exemptions,' as repealed and re-enacted by
chapter 120 of the Acts of 1896."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, chapter 613, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at its January'Sess on,
1890, the same being sections 403 to 428, inclusive, of
Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary
land, as amended by said chapter 613 of said Acts of
1890, title 'Washington County,' sub-title 'Williams-
port,' and also to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments chapter 725 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at its January session, 1900.' "

ping of foxes in Kent county."

ters with scoop, scrape, dredge or similar instrument at
any point in the Chesapeake Bay between Holland's Is-
land Bar and the Three Sisters, and one and one-half
miles from the western mainland."
