A bill entitled "An Act to add an additional section
to Article 4 of the Code of Public Laws of Maryland,
title 'City of Baltimore,' sub-title 'Charter—Heading
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore,' as repealed
and re-enacted by chapter 123 of the Acts of 1898, as
amended by chapter 130 of the Acts of 1902, to be
known and designated as 'Section 4 B.' "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore city delegation.

A bill, File No. 185, entitled "An Act to amend
Article 33 entitled 'Elections,' of the Code of Public
general Laws as re-enacted by chapter 202 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1896, and by
chapter 71 and 36(5 of the Act of the General Assem-
bly of 1900, and by chapters 2 and 3 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1901, and by chapters
133, 136, 296, 522 and 545 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1902, and by adding there-
to nine additional sections under the sub-title, 'Cor-
rupt Practices,' to follow section 154 as now re-en-
acted."
