Assembly, and to such accredited representatives of
the Press as may apply in person therefor, an official
pass signed by the Governor and bearing the Great
Seal of Maryland, admitting the holder thereof to
pass within the fire lines in the city of Baltimore and
to inspect the ruins in the devastated district of said
city. Such pass to be valid during the existence of
said tire lines.

Which was adopted.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

By Mr. Murphy, of Dorchester,

A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board of
County School Commissioners of Dorchester county to
organize a High School to be located in the town of
Hurlock, in said county, and to appropriate certain
moneys in the maintenance thereof,"

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.

By Mr. Hopkins,

A bill entitled "An Act to regulate and equalize
the pay of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for Dor-
chester county."

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Dorchester delegation.

By Mr. Murphy, of Dorchester,
A bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 10 of the
Cqde .of Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled
Dorchester County,' sub-title 'Hurlock,' and to add
two additional sections thereto, to be known as 'Sec-
tions 333 A and 333 B.' "

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Dorchester delegation.

By Mr. Stump,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments sections 68 and 68 A, of Article I, of the
Code of Public Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Allegany
County,' sub-title 'Cumberland,' as enacted by chapter
