On motion of Mr. Downs, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Lowman be excused on account
of important business.

On motion of Mr. Dodson, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Jackson be excused from to-day's
session on account of important business.
On motion of Mr. Trager, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Evans be excused on account of
business.

Also,

Ordered, That Mr. Orem be excused on account of
business.

On motion of Mr. Walbach, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Simmons and Mr. Bond be ex-
cused from attendance of to-day's session on account
of important business.

On motion of Mr. Kain, it was

Ordered. That Mr. Fuss be excused from to-day's
session on account of sickness.

On motion of Mr. Wilkinson, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Buckler be exeused from to-day's
session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Bosse, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Evans be excused from attend-
ance of to-day's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Green, it was

dance at to-day's session on account of important
business.
