Mr. Johnston, from the Judiciary Committee re-
ported favorably,

Senate bill, File No. 68, entitled "An Act declaring
sundry days in the month of February, 1904, to be
legal holidays and providing that Acts and things re-
quired to be performed on any of such days may be
performed at a later day."

By a suspension of the rules, (two-thirds of the
members elected, being present and voting in the
affirmative,) the bill was placed on a second reading by
