insert the words "after giving the notice above re-
quired."

RESOLUTIONS.

Be it resolved by the House of Delegates, that we
request the Hon. Governor of the State to furnish the
members of this House with the necessary power to
cross within the lines of the fire district of Baltimore
city, which is now under martial law.
