section 262 E of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Harford County Treasurer,' as enacted by the Act of
1900, chapter 529, and re-enact the same with amend-
ments."

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Harry, from Select Committee reported favor-
ably,

House bill. File No. 96, entitled "An Act to provide
for the appointment of a Notary Public to reside in
Walkersville, Frederick county Maryland."

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Gree'n, from Select Committee reported favor-
ably, with amendment,

House bill, File No. 62, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact section 3 of chapter 175 of the Acts of
1896; entitled 'An Act to amend and extend the Char-
ter of the Mutual Fire Insurance Company in Balti-
more city.' "

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 2, line 12, after the words "majority of
them" insert the words "after giving the notice above
requested."
