On motion of Mr. Feaga, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Drumm be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Grant, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Durham, be excused from to-
day's session on account of business.

Also,

Ordered, That Mr. Evans be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Charles, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Mitchell be excused from to day's
session on account of sickness.

On motion of Mr. Walbach, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Smoot be indefinitely excused
from daily attendance at the sessions of the House of
Dolegates on account of extreme illness

On motion of Mr. Howard, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Harvey be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Jenkins, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Stump be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Murphy, of Dorchester, it was
Ordered, That Dr. Jones be excused from to-day's
session on account of sickness.

Also,

Ordered, That Mr. Gibbs be excused from to-day's
session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Loar, it was

Ordered, That Messrs. Morrison and Orem be ex-
cused from attendance on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Amiss, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Johnston be excused from to-
day's session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Henkel, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Lock be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.
