Report of the State Fish Commissioners, shall be
printed on good white paper, twenty-four by thirty
inches, fifty pounds to the ream; the size of the pages-
to be regular octavo, and the type used shall be long
primer for the body of all the various reports, and
brevier for the tabular statements.

So much of said printing as shall be necessary for
the General Assembly during its session, shall be de-
livered to the presiding officers of both Houses, and
the residue shall be delivered to the State Librarian,
to be by him distributed as provided by law.

And the said bids shall be transmitted to said clerk
on or before the said 25th day of September, 1903,
together with a bond to the State of Maryland, in the
penalty of thirty thousand dollars, to be executed by
the bidder, with two or more sureties, conditioned for
the due, prompt and faithful compliance with the con-
tract to be entered into when his bid shall be accepted.
Said bills shall be opened at 12 o'clock M., on said
25th day of September, 1903, and not before, in the
Clerk's office of the Court of Appeals of Maryland,
in the city of Annapolis, in the presence of such bid-
ders and other persons as may choose to attend, when
the contract foi said printing will be awarded to the
lowest responsible bidder, who shall have filed with
his bid a satisfactory bond. No bid will be considered
unless accompanied by such bond.

Persons making proposals are referred to the afore-
said Article 78 of said Code of Public General Laws
for more speciffc information as to what will be re-
quired of bidders, and the manner in which the work
shall be done and paid for.

Parties desiring to bid for the printing can obtain a
blank form of bond by applying to the undersigned.

Bidders will endorse on the back of the envelope
"Proposals for State Printing."
