Senate bill, File No. 399, entitled "An Act to amend
section 94 of the chapter 441, of the Acts passed by
the General Assembly in the year 1896 which provided
that certain sections should be added to Article 39 of
the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Fish and
Fisheries', sub-title 'Chesapeake Bay,' so that section
94 of said Article may read as follows:"
