The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message.

Senate bill, File No. 399, entitled "An Act to amend
section 94 of the chapter 441, of the Acts passed by
the General Assembly in the year 1896 which provided
that certain sections should be added to Article 39 of
the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Fish and
Fisheries,' sub-title 'Chesapeake Bay,' so that section
94 of said Article may read as follows."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries.

Senate bill, File No. 424, entitled "An Act to add
five new sections to Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title 'Kent County,' sub-title 'Chester-
town,' to follow section 59 B, to be designated as 'Sec-
tion 59 C, 59 D, 59 E, 59 F and 59 G.' "'

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Kent delegation and Mr. Walls.

House bill, File No. 789, entitled "An Act to regu-
late the sale of the State stock in the Annapolis Water
Company."
